Martin is a partnerships and international development professional with experience in developing countries. He is a former diplomat, nonprofit manager and international development consultant.
He has 25 years of experience at corporate, foundation, and bilateral and multilateral donor coordination and management. He has profound background knowledge of poverty alleviation, international health intervention, refugees, environment, democratization, and international development. he is dedicated to assisting youths living with HIV/AIDS in developing countries. Martin holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences (Makerere University), MA in International Relations (American University, Cairo), a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management (Lasell), Post Graduate Diploma in Diplomacy (Islamabad), Post Graduate Diploma in Diplomacy (Cairo).
Musisi Robert Sembajjwe, Country Director, Uganda
Robert has extensive experience at portfolio management including financial and program management. He also works as a Director at Incwright Ltd where he manages all financial aspects of the company including payroll, risk management, invoicing, tax filing and credit control processes. A Certified Management Accountant with 20 years of experience in corporate financial management at different levels, Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Howard University. He is a certified tax specialist. Robert is involved in financial management of several private construction investments; commercial and residential, from inception to turnkey phase. All these projects run a portfolio of over 500,000 US $’s to 2,000,000 US $’s.
Robert is also Vice President - Finance at The Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations. The Federation is in charge of all Basketball related activities and events. The Federation runs three National & Annual Club leagues or championships, involving over 65 basketball teams.
Abdirazak Osman Sabtow, Country Director, Somalia
He is a vastly experienced international social worker with particular experience at Horn of Africa operations. Osman undertook his education in Somalia, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Osman is dedicated to uplifting the plight of Somalia youths.
Michael Senyonjo Muyanja, Senior Program Manager
Michael is a highly skilled manager of social programs, having worked with various organizations involved in implementing preventive action in fields including HIV, Tuberculosis, and infant mortality among others.
Michael has 20 years’ experience working in the United Kingdom and developing countries. He has managed a plethora of nationwide programs that help people to organize into groups aimed at achieving desirable social end goals. He holds a BA of Social Sciences from Makerere University, Kampala Uganda, and a Master of Science in Innovation and Creativity at the University of Greenwich in the UK. His biggest strength is the ability to conjure new, unique and cost-effective solutions to social problems in low income settings.
Sara Samson Kini, Executive Manager
One of our founding partners, Sara is an early education expert who transitioned to nursing and home health care. She is social network savvy and gifted with immense capabilities. Today, Sara helps coordinate activities amongst staff in our diverse offices, and amongst our partners and staff.
